Privacy Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
ProfileBuild.com is part of ProfileSuite, so ProfileSuite's Privacy Policy applies here. It's shown in full below and at www.profilesuite.com/privacy.
This policy explains what information ProfileSuite collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The short version: your profile is public because you choose to publish it, the rest of your account information is used to run the service, and we don't sell your personal information. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time.
About this policy
ProfileSuite (www.profilesuite.com) is operated by the company that operates ProfileSuite, referred to here as “ProfileSuite”, “we”, “us” or “our”. This policy covers the ProfileSuite website, the profiles we host, and the universe domains where profiles are published.
It applies to members who create profiles and to visitors who view profiles or use forms on our sites. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly, information created when you use the service, and a small amount of information from services you choose to connect.
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored in a protected, hashed form), and your username.
- Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. We don't receive your Google password.
- Profile content: everything you add to your profile, such as your bio, photos, links, contact details and any other information you choose to publish.
- Payment information: your plan, billing history and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- AI builder input: the profile text and details you give the AI profile builder so it can draft content for you.
- Form submissions: what you enter in contact, partner and newsletter forms, such as your name, email address and message.
- Usage and analytics data: profile views and site visits, along with basic technical information like browser type, device, referring page and IP address.
- Cookies: small files that keep you signed in. See the cookies section below.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and let you sign in
- Build, host and publish your profile on profilesuite.com, universe domains and any custom domain you connect
- Process payments, manage subscriptions and track your AI token allowance
- Generate draft profile content when you use the AI profile builder
- Show you analytics about how your profile is performing
- Respond to your questions and form submissions
- Send you service messages, like receipts, renewal reminders and important account updates
- Keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
- Understand how people use ProfileSuite so we can improve it
- Meet our legal obligations
Your public profile
Profiles are public web pages. Anything you put on your profile can be seen by anyone on the internet, on profilesuite.com, on the universe domains you publish to, and on any custom domain you connect.
Your profile may also publish a machine-readable card so that AI agents and search engines can find and understand it. That means search engines, AI tools and other services may index, cache or summarize your public profile. Once information is public, we can't fully control how others copy or reuse it, even after you remove it.
You decide what goes on your profile, so please think carefully before publishing personal details like your phone number, home address or date of birth.
The AI profile builder
When you use the AI profile builder, the profile text and details you provide may be sent to an AI provider that processes it to generate draft content for you. We send only what's needed to create your draft.
Please don't include sensitive information you wouldn't want processed this way. Drafts aren't published until you choose to publish them.
Who we share information with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers and partners that help us run ProfileSuite, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- PayDirect and Stripe, to process subscription payments by card or ADAO tokens
- Google, when you choose to sign in with your Google account
- Amazon Web Services, which stores the images you upload to Amazon S3
- Vercel, which hosts the ProfileSuite website and application
- Cloudflare, which helps us publish profiles to universe domains
- An AI provider, which processes AI builder input to generate drafts
- Domain Directory and VNOC, our network partners that manage lead inboxes for the network's sites. What visitors enter in contact, partner and newsletter forms is sent to them.
Other times we may share information
We may also share information if the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect the rights, safety or property of our members, the public or ProfileSuite, or to investigate fraud and abuse.
If ProfileSuite is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. If that happens, this policy will continue to protect it unless we tell you otherwise.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. These cookies are necessary for the service to work, so if you block them you won't be able to stay logged in.
We also count profile views and site visits so we can show members their analytics and understand how the service is used. We don't use advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep your account and profile information for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your profile from publication and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time.
We may keep some information longer when we need to, for example billing records for tax and accounting, information needed to resolve disputes or prevent abuse, or where the law requires it. Copies in backups are removed on their normal cycle.
Your rights and choices
You're in control of your information. Depending on where you live, including under laws like the GDPR in Europe and the CCPA in California, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that's wrong or out of date
- Delete your account and personal information
- Export your information in a portable format
- Object to or ask us to limit certain uses of your information
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it
- Not be treated differently for exercising your privacy rights
How to make a request
You can update most of your profile and account details yourself from your account. For anything else, including access, export or deletion requests, contact us through profilesuite.com/contact. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords and restricted access to our systems. No service can be completely secure, though, so please use a strong, unique password and let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Children
ProfileSuite isn't meant for children. You must be at least 13 to create an account, or 16 where local law requires it, and members under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent to buy a paid plan.
If we learn that we've collected personal information from someone below the minimum age, we'll delete it. If you believe a child has created an account, please tell us through our contact page.
International transfers
ProfileSuite and the service providers we work with may process and store information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States. Those countries may have different data protection rules. When we transfer information internationally, we take steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ProfileSuite grows or as laws change. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we'll let you know, such as by email or a notice in your account.
