Terms of Service
Last updated October 20, 2026
ProfileBuild.com is part of ProfileSuite, so ProfileSuite's Terms of Service applies here. It's shown in full below and at www.profilesuite.com/terms.
These terms explain how ProfileSuite works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you build and publish a profile. In short: your content stays yours, you're responsible for what you post, Pro renews until you cancel, and we can remove content or accounts that break the rules. Please read them in full, because by using ProfileSuite you agree to them.
Welcome to ProfileSuite
ProfileSuite (www.profilesuite.com) is operated by the company that operates ProfileSuite, referred to here as “ProfileSuite”, “we”, “us” or “our”. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and us, and they apply whenever you visit the site, create an account, build a profile, or buy a Pro plan.
If you use ProfileSuite on behalf of a business, agency or other organization, you're agreeing to these terms for that organization too, and you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
What ProfileSuite does
ProfileSuite lets you build a profile website once and publish it across a network of “universe” domains. Each universe is a themed home for a particular kind of profile, such as artists, models, sports, professionals or influencers, on domains like artistcard.com, sportrep.com and consultants.com.
Profiles are public web pages. Your profile may also publish a machine-readable card so that AI agents and search engines can discover and understand it. Features, templates and the list of universe domains may change over time.
Your account
You can sign up with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away through our contact page.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ProfileSuite, or 16 if the law where you live requires it. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a paid plan, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.
Free and Pro plans
A free account gives you a profile page at profilesuite.com/p/username with our default templates.
Pro costs $1.99 per month or $12 per year and adds extra features on top of the free plan:
- A subdomain on universe domains, such as yourname.universedomain.com
- Premium templates
- Removal of ProfileSuite branding from your profile
- Analytics for your profile
- A monthly allowance of AI tokens for the AI profile builder
Billing, renewals and cancellation
Payments are processed through PayDirect. You can pay by card, which is handled by Stripe, or with ADAO tokens. By buying Pro, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you picked.
Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price in effect at that time, until you cancel. If we ever change the price, we'll let you know in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal, so you'll have a chance to cancel first.
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. After that, your account moves to the free plan.
We don't give refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you think you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may pause or downgrade Pro features until the payment goes through.
AI tokens and the AI profile builder
Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens that you can use with the AI profile builder to draft and refine your profile. AI tokens are a usage allowance, not money. They have no cash value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and aren't refundable.
AI-generated drafts are suggestions. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or not quite right for you, so please review and edit anything the builder produces before you publish it. Once you publish it, it's your content and your responsibility.
Your content
You choose what goes on your profile, including text, photos, links and other material. You keep ownership of everything you create and upload.
To run the service, we need your permission to use that content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, format, publish and distribute your content on profilesuite.com, across the universe domains you publish to, on any custom domain you connect, and in the machine-readable card for your profile. This license lets us make your profile available to visitors, search engines and AI agents. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that have already been shared, cached by others, or that we need to keep for legal reasons.
You're responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from the photographer and anyone shown in your photos, and that your content doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
We want ProfileSuite to be a place people trust. When you use the service, please don't:
- Impersonate any person, brand or organization, or misrepresent who you are
- Post illegal content or use the service for anything unlawful
- Harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone
- Send spam or use profiles for misleading promotion
- Post any sexual or exploitative content involving minors
- Upload malware or anything designed to harm devices, data or networks
- Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the service or other members' profiles without our permission
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service
How we enforce the rules
If we believe content or an account breaks these terms or the law, or puts other people or the service at risk, we may remove or hide content, reclaim a subdomain, limit features, or suspend or close the account. Where it's reasonable and safe to do so, we'll tell you what happened and why.
If you think something on ProfileSuite infringes your rights or breaks these rules, please report it through our contact page.
Universe domains and subdomains
We own and operate the universe domains. Pro members can claim a subdomain on them, such as yourname.universedomain.com. Your subdomain is assigned to you for as long as your Pro plan is active. It isn't sold or transferred to you, and you don't own it.
If your Pro plan ends, your subdomain may be released and later assigned to someone else. We may also reclaim or change a subdomain at any time if it's used for abuse, breaks these terms, or is the subject of a trademark or other rights complaint.
Custom domains
Any member, free or Pro, can connect a domain they own to their profile with the custom domain add-on, which costs $2 per year per domain and renews until you cancel it. You're responsible for registering, renewing and paying for the domain itself with your own registrar, and for setting up its DNS correctly. You must have the right to use any domain you connect.
If the add-on is cancelled or a renewal payment fails, your custom domain stops showing your ProfileSuite profile at the end of the paid year and visitors are sent to your ProfileSuite address instead. The domain itself remains yours.
Third-party services
ProfileSuite relies on other companies to work, such as PayDirect and Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and hosting, storage and network providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for third-party services we don't control, or for third-party websites your profile or other profiles link to.
Closing your account
You can stop using ProfileSuite and delete your account at any time. If you have an active Pro plan, cancel it first so you aren't charged again.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we're required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. If we close the service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice where we can.
When an account is closed, your profile stops being published. Sections of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as those about content licenses already used, disclaimers, limitation of liability and payments owed, will keep applying.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep ProfileSuite running smoothly, but we provide the service “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises that the service will always be available, error-free or secure, that it will meet every need you have, or that your profile will appear in any particular search engine, AI tool or position.
Profiles are created by members, not by us. We don't verify every claim made on a profile and aren't responsible for what members post.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ProfileSuite and the company that operates it won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $12.
Some places don't allow these kinds of limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the company that operates ProfileSuite, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you the right to rely on its rules or courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we'll give you notice, such as by email or a message in your account. If you keep using ProfileSuite after the changes take effect, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
